Hariss International Supports National Cleaning Day with Waste Management Equipment

We were honoured today to stand alongside our partners in the Green Action for Sustainable Production - GASP, the Office of the Prime Minister Uganda, and Kiira Municipality in advancing a cleaner and more sustainable Uganda.
As part of this initiative, we donated essential cleaning supplies, including 100 colour-coded recycling bins:
- 🔵 Blue for Plastic Waste,
- 🟢 Green for Organic Waste, and
- 🔴 Red for Hazardous Waste
along with rakes, brooms, gloves, reflective jackets, and other cleaning equipment to support effective waste management and community clean-up efforts.
As we count down to the National Cleaning Day on 29th August 2026, we encourage every Ugandan to take part. A cleaner environment begins with each of us, and the actions we take today will shape a healthier tomorrow.
Together, let’s clean because our lives truly depend on it.
